Pastor Tonya Eza has been with Immanuel Lutheran Church since March of 2023. She previously served as an Intentional Interim Pastor at the Tri-County Lutheran Parish (just south of Albany, NY) and at Grace Lutheran Church in Johnstown, NY. Prior to that she served calls in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and Powell, Wyoming.

Pastor Tonya’s immediate family (father, mother, brother, sister-in-law, and nephew) live in Jacksonville, Florida. Her companions who stay with her in NY are a Lab mix named Freya and an orange-and-white cat named Mr. Spock. In her free time, Pastor Tonya enjoys reading, watching movies, painting, theater, and visiting new places in the area. She is involved with the Network for Biblical Storytellers and tells Biblical stories in Sunday worship.
